The Ygnacio Peralta House is an authentic Italianate Victorian home originally built in 1860, and is a registered national landmark. It has been owned by the Alta Mira Club since 1926.

    The House is available for private events and cultural and educational programs. It is the only remaining brick Victorian home in San Leandro, California.
